If defined by its open sidewalks, dominant front porches, and plush green areas, Traditions signature will be the inviting community center and convenient park system.  Whether it be sun bathing by the pool, playing with your children on the playground, reading a book under the pavilion, or taking an early morning swim, the community center at Traditions will provide residents numerous opportunities for recreation.  A perfect compliment, the heart of Traditions consists of three major parks—Traditions Park, Independence Park, and Bennington Park.  These core parks, designed to include an outdoor amphitheatre, grill stations, fire pits, and numerous areas to congregate, provide residents the ability to gather and enjoy the outdoors without the burden on maintenance and upkeep.

Our pool is set to break ground on January 26, 2010, with the Grand Opening set for May 27th.
